NOAH’S FOREST

A graduate recipient of the Restore Fund, Vienna from Noah’s Forest has no doubts about the benefits of regenerative farming and has witnessed how strong and resilient crops can be when the land is taken good care of. Vienna has always planned to promote local regenerative farming in Hong Kong and wanted to use her space as an educational platform, demonstrating the benefits of carbon farming as well as providing nutrient-dense food for her supporters.

In the past years, Noah’s Forest faced some operational issues but they managed to bounce back fast and strong, using bioactive plant nutrients and mulch, the results were truly inspiring.
